| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego (ESPI) nr 18/2024 z dnia 24 września 2024 roku, Zarząd Ronson Development SE („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 25 września 2024 roku Spółka nabyła w celu umorzenia obligacje Spółki serii W o łącznej wartości nominalnej 30 000 000 zł od podmiotu, który nabył obligacje serii Y wyemitowane przez Spółkę, o co najmniej tej samej łącznej wartości nominalnej. Ponadto Spółka zapłaciła odsetki narosłe od tych obligacji do dnia transakcji oraz premię. Podstawa prawna Art. 17 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylające dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE. |

| Subject: Acquisition of a part of Series W Bonds for redemption With reference to the current report (ESPI) No. 18/2024 dated 24 September 2024, the Management Board of Ronson Development SE (the "Company") announces that on 25 September 2024 the Company has purchased for redemption the Company's series W bonds with a total nominal value of PLN 30,000,000 from an entity that purchased the series Y bonds issued by the Company with at least the same total nominal value. In addition, the Company has paid interest accrued on these bonds until the transaction date and a premium. Legal basis Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC. |
