Zarząd Proguns Group S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu 5 listopada 2026 roku Emitent, zawarł umowę na dostawę broni ze Skarbem Państwa - Komendantem Głównym Straży Granicznej („Umowa”).

Przedmiotem Umowy jest dostarczenie przez Emitenta specjalistycznych karabinów maszynowych. Emitent zrealizuje dostawę w terminie do dnia 30 grudnia 2026 r.

Z tytułu wykonania Umowy Emitentowi przysługuje wynagrodzenie w wysokości 946.116,00 zł brutto.

Umowa przewiduje udzielenie przez Emitenta gwarancji na zasadach określonych w Umowie, a także przeprowadzenie szkolenia dla przedstawicieli zamawiającego.

Emitent wyjaśnia, że zawarcie Umowy stanowi przejaw konsekwentnego budowania kompetencji Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta w obszarze dystrybucji uzbrojenia, co Emitent zapowiedział w strategii, opublikowanej w dniu 12 marca 2026 roku (raport bieżący ESPI nr 13/2026).

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), hereby announces that on November 5, 2026, the Issuer entered into an agreement for the supply of firearms with the State Treasury – the Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Border Guard (the “Agreement”).

The subject of the Agreement is the supply by the Issuer specialized machine guns. The Issuer is required to complete the delivery by December 30, 2026.

Under the Agreement, the Issuer is entitled to remuneration in the amount of PLN 946,116.00 gross.

The Agreement provides for the Issuer to grant a warranty under the terms and conditions specified therein, as well as to conduct training for representatives of the contracting authority.

The Issuer explains that the conclusion of the Agreement reflects the consistent implementation of its strategy to develop the capabilities of the Issuer’s Capital Group in the field of arms distribution, as announced in the strategy published on March 12, 2026 (ESPI Current Report No. 13/2026).
