(“Plaza” or the “Company”), an emerging markets property developer, wishes to inform the market of the termination of negotiations with a third party regarding a possible forward sale of Belgrade Plaza in Serbia. The Company is actively exploring and assessing existing alternative offers it has received on the asset and will take a decision in this regard shortly.
