("Plaza" or the "Company") is to announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Company's shareholders (“AGM”) will take place at 01:00 p.m. (CET) on 19 December 2024 at the offices of the Company (Tolstraat 112, 1074 VK Amsterdam, the Netherlands). The Notice of Meeting, including the agenda, explanatory notes, underlying documents and the voting form, in English, are available on the Company’s website at the following link: https://plazacenters.com/legal/general-meetings-of-shareholders/2024. Documents made available by the Company for the purpose of the AGM may also be inspected during normal working hours at the registered office of the Company (Tolstraat 112, 1074 VK Amsterdam, the Netherlands). The Notice of Meeting, including the agenda, explanatory notes and the voting form, in English, will also be made available to the shareholders by the custodian banks and brokers being participants of CREST, the Central Securities Depositary of Poland (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych, KDPW) and of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Clearing House (TASECH).
