| Plaza Centers N.V. (“Plaza" or the “Company"), a leading emerging markets property developer, today announces that its Board of Directors has approved an interim cash dividend payment of €30 million to be paid to shareholders. Based on the total number of 297,174,515 shares in issue, the dividend per share will be €0.1010. The interim cash dividend payment will be made on 23 September 2011 to all shareholders on the Company’s register on 23 September 2011 (the record date). The ex-dividend date will be 21 September 2011. In accordance with local Dutch tax regulations, a tax of 15% will be withheld and paid in the Netherlands, on behalf of each holder, unless an exemption applies.
