| Rada Dyrektorów Play Communications SA („Spółka”) informuje, że Iliad S.A. działając poprzez Iliad Purple S.A.S. („Iliad Purple”) ogłosił przymusowy wykup pozostałych 8.494.848 akcji Spółki (tj. 3,3% całości) w dniu 21 grudnia. Cena wykupu w wysokości 39,00 zł (trzydzieści dziewięć złotych) za akcję zostanie wypłacona tym akcjonariuszom, którzy nie zgłosili swoich akcji w trakcie dobrowolnego wezwania. Datę rozliczenia ustalono na 23 grudnia 2020 roku. Iliad Purple powołał Santander Bank Polska S.A. - Santander Biuro Maklerskie w związku z procedurą przymusowego wykupu. |

| 2020-12-21 50/2020 Squeeze-out of Play Communications SA shares and suspension of trading of the Company' shares The Board of Directors of Play Communications S.A. (the “Company”) informs that Iliad S.A. acting through Iliad Purple S.A.S. (“Iliad Purple”) has launched squeeze out of remaining 8,494,848 shares (i.e. 3.3% of total) in the Company on 21 December 2020. The squeeze-out price for each share of PLN 39.00 (thirty-nine zlotys) will be paid to those shareholders who did not tender their shares during the voluntary takeover bid. The settlement date is set for 23 December 2020. Iliad Purple has appointed Santander Bank Polska S.A. - Santander Biuro Maklerskie in relation with the squeeze-out procedures.
