| Zarząd Play Communications S.A. („Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 21 września 2017 roku P4 sp. z o.o. („PLAY”), podmiot w 100% zależny od Spółki i UPC Polska sp. z o.o. podpisały umowę dotyczącą podjęcia współpracy w zakresie udostępniania usług telekomunikacyjnych. W ramach tej współpracy PLAY będzie pełnił rolę operatora infrastrukturalnego („MNO”) dla UPC Polska sp. z o.o., które będzie mogło świadczyć usługi mobilne jako operator wirtualny („MVNO”). PLAY pozostaje preferowanym partnerem dla MVNO w Polsce. Powyższa transakcja jest zgodna ze strategią pozycjonowania PLAY, która polega na pokryciu niektórych grup klientów poprzez współpracę z MVNO. |

| 2017-09-21 Current report 20/2017 Signing of a cooperation agreement concerning providing mobile services, between PLAY and UPC Polska sp. z o.o. The board of directors of Play Communications S.A. (the "Company") hereby reports that on 21st of September 2017, P4 sp. z o.o. (“PLAY”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and UPC Polska sp. z o.o. have signed an agreement concerning cooperation in terms of providing mobile services. Under this cooperation, PLAY will act as an infrastructure operator (“MNO”) to UPC Polska sp. z o.o. that will be able to provide mobile services as a mobile virtual network operator (“MVNO”). PLAY continues being the preferred host for MVNO in Poland. The aforementioned transaction is consistent with PLAY’s positioning strategy of covering certain segments of customers through MVNO cooperation. Legal basis: Art. 17 MAR |
