| Rada dyrektorów Play Communications S.A. („Spółka”) informuje o otrzymaniu od Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. („GPW”) uchwały Zarządu GPW nr 712/2020 z dnia 28 września 2020 r., na podstawie której Zarząd GPW dopuścił do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym 400 385 (czterysta tysięcy trzysta osiemdziesiąt pięć) akcji zwykłych na okaziciela Spółki o wartości nominalnej 0,00012 EUR każda („Akcje”). Jednocześnie, Zarząd GPW postanowił wprowadzić Akcje z dniem 30 września 2020 r. do obrotu giełdowego na rynku podstawowym, pod warunkiem dokonania przez Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. w dniu 30 września 2020 r. rejestracji tych Akcji i oznaczenia ich kodem „LU1642887738”. | ||||||||||||

| 2020-09-28 Current Report No. 35/2020 Admission and introduction of Play Communications S.A.’s shares for stock exchange trading on the Main Floor of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. The board of directors of Play Communications S.A. (the “Company”) hereby reports that it received Resolution No. 712/2020 passed by the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (“WSE”) on 28 September 2020 based on which the WSE Management Board resolved to admit to stock exchange trading on the main floor of WSE 400,385 (four hundred thousand three hundred eighty five) ordinary bearer shares in the Company with a par value of EUR 0.00012 each (the “Shares”). Moreover, the Management Board of the WSE resolved to introduce the Shares to stock exchange trading on the Main Floor of WSE beginning from 30 September 2020, under condition that on 30 September 2020 the Polish National Depository for Securities will register the Shares and label them under the code “LU1642887738”.
