Zarząd spółki Planet Innovation Group S.A. („Emitent”, „Spółka”), informuje, że w dniu 7 lutego 2017 roku na podstawie wstępnych danych finansowych za IV kw. 2016 r., dokonał zmiany prognozy wyniku finansowego na rok 2016 na następujący:

Projekcja finansowa zakłada, że wyniki Spółki w 2016 roku ukształtują się na następującym poziomie:
– Przychody: 3.932. tys. PLN
– EBITDA*: 174. tys. PLN

Dotychczasowa prognoza finansowa zakładała, że wyniki Spółki w 2016 roku ukształtują się na następującym poziomie:
– Przychody: 3.350 tys. PLN
– EBITDA*: 1.111 tys. PLN

Na zmianę prognozy finansowej za 2016 rok ma wpływ rezygnacja z wcześniejszych planów dotyczących zakupu nowej technologii celem realizacji na jej podstawie kolejnych projektów w ramach Start-up Studio. Ponadto znacząca fluktuacja przychodów w III i IV kw. 2016 roku pozwoliła zrealizować większe przychody jednak przy niższym poziomie rentowności.

*) EBITDA, tj. wynik z działalności operacyjnej powiększony o amortyzację. Amortyzacja stanowi koszt, który nie jest wydatkiem.

	The Management Board of Planet Innovation Group PLC ( "Issuer", the "Company"), announces that on the 7th of February 2017 based on preliminary financial data for the fourth quarter. 2016., has revised the forecast the financial result for 2016 on the following: Financial projection assumes that the Company's results in 2016 inflation will be at the following levels: - Revenue: 3.932 thousands PLN – EBITDA: 174 thousands PLN The current financial forecast assumed that the Company's results in 2016 inflation will be at the following levels: - Revenue: 3.350 thousands. PLN - EBITDA : 1.111 thousands PLN The change in the financial forecast for 2016 is affected by the abandonment of previous plans for the purchase of new technology to carry out on the basis of further projects under the Start-Up Studio.
