PHOTON ENERGY N.V.: Change in publication dates of periodic reports in 2016.

The management board of Photon Energy N.V. informs that the entity and consolidated annual reports for the year 2015 including the auditor's opinion, will be published on 26 April 2016 and not on 20 May 2016, as announced in the EBI report number 34/2015.

Legal basis: § 6 ust. 14 point no.1 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System". Ust. 3 point no.16 of the Apendix Nr 1 to the Resolution Nr 293/2010 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated on 31 March 2010: “ Best practices of companies listed on NewConnect".
