As a result Michal Gärtner holds less than 5% of the share capital of Photon Energy a.s.On 30 December 2010 Photon Energy a.s. obtained information by Georg Hotar that on 30 December 2010 he transferred 7,976,150 shares in Photon Energy a.s. as a contribution to Photon Energy N.V. As a result Georg Hotar holds less than 5% of the share capital of Photon Energy a.s.As of 30 December 2010 Photon Energy N.V. holds 16,502,300 shares in Photon Energy a.s., representing 71.749% of the company's share capital.
