The Management Board of Phoenix Energy a.s., announces the following correction of the Polish translation of the Resolution No. 9 in the attachment to the current report No. 17/2013. Published: Podjęcie uchwały o zniesieniu formy materialnej akcji Correction: Podjęcie uchwały o przywróceniu formy materialnej akcji The rest of the content of the report remains unchanged. Legal basis: § 3 point 1 of the Appendix 3 to Regulations of the Alternative Trading System - \"Current and Periodic Information in the Alternative Trading System\". ---------------------------------- Zarząd Spółki Phoenix Energy a.s. przedstawia korektę polskiego tłumaczenia przedmiotu uchwały nr 9 w załączniku do raportu bieżącego nr 17/2013. Brzmienie przed korektą: Podjęcie uchwały o zniesieniu formy materialnej akcji Brzmienie po korekcie: Podjęcie uchwały o przywróceniu formy materialnej akcji Pozostała treść raportu pozostaje bez zmian. Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu \"Informacje Bieżące i Okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect\".
