| Zarząd Pfleiderer Group S.A. („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 17 grudnia 2018 Spółka otrzymała rezygnację Pana Jasona R. Clarke’a z pełnienia funkcji członka Rady Nadzorczej Spółki ze skutkiem na datę powołania przez walne zgromadzenie akcjonariuszy Pfleiderer Group S.A. nowego członka rady nadzorczej Pfleiderer Group S.A. na jego miejsce. Jeśli powołanie nowego członka rady nadzorczej Pfleiderer Group S.A. nie nastąpi do dnia 14 lutego 2019 r., jego rezygnacja stanie się skuteczna z dniem 14 lutego 2019 r. Raport sporządzono na podstawie § 5 ust. 4 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 29 marca 2018 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. U. 2018, poz. 757). |

| Subject: Resignation of a member of Pfleiderer Group S.A. Supervisory Board Current Report 34/2018 The Management Board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. (the “Company”) announces that the Company on December 17, 2018 received the resignation letter from Mr. Jason R. Clarke regarding the resignation from the position of member of the Company’s Supervisory Board with effect as of the date of the appointment by the general meeting of the shareholders of Pfleiderer Group S.A. of a new member of the supervisory board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. in his place. In case the appointment of a new member of the supervisory board of Pfleiderer Group S.A. will not take place before 14 February 2019, his resignation will be effective as of 14 February 2019. This current report was prepared on the basis of § 5 item 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state (Official Journal 2018, item 757).
