| With reference to the current report No. 7/2016 dated 5 July 2016 concerning resignation of the previous Chief Financial Officer and the Member of the Company's Management Board, the Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. with its incorporated seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands /the "Company"/, hereby informs, that on 5 March 2017 the Supervisory Board of the Company nominated Mrs. Subi Huang for the function of CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and meanwhile the Member of the Management Board of the Company. Mrs. Subi Huang is 40 years old and obtained colleague degree of Enterprise Management from Quanzhou Liming Vacational Univercity. Since 1999 Mrs. Subi Huang has been working as Accountant, Financial Manager (Since 2004) in Quanzhou Tailing Trade Co. Ltd., and Since 2012 Mrs. Subi Huang was the Director and Chief Financial Manager for Xiamen Huama Technology Co. Ltd. Simultaneously the Company explains that pursuant to the Company’s Articles of Association, a person nominated by the Supervisory Board as a candidate for the vacant seat at the Management Board, should subsequently be appointed by the General Meeting. Provided that the General Meeting will adopt a resolution to appoint Mrs. Subi Huang as a member of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board appointed Mrs. Subi Huang as Chief Financial Officer of the Company for the period of time when he will be a member of the Management Board. |
