| The Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. with its incorporated seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands /the "Company"/, hereby informs that in connection with the ongoing works on the consolidated interim report for the 3rd quarter of 2015 its publication will take place on 19 November 2015 instead of 13 November 2015. The Company explains that terms of publication of the periodic reports of the Company arise from the Dutch Act on rules regarding the financial markets and their supervision (Act on Financial Supervision). Pursuant to Polish Public Offering Act /Art. 56.6/, in the case of an issuer for whom the Republic of Poland is Host Member State the scope of disclosure requirements and the deadlines of their submission shall be specified by legislation in force of Home Member State, i.e. Netherlands. Pursuant to the Section 5:25e of the Act on Financial Supervision, an issuer whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market shall make an interim statement generally available during the first and second half of the financial year. This statement shall be made during a period between ten weeks after the start and six weeks before the end of the period concerned. |
