| Further to the current report No. 1/2016 concerning publication dates of Peixin International Group N.V. periodic information in 2016, the Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. (“Peixin", “the Company") explains that in relation to the implementation of the Transparency II Directive into the Dutch law, as of 1th January 2016 for Peixin there is no more obligation to publish and file Q1 and Q3 periodic reports for the issuers that has its registered office at the Netherlands. Consequently the Company departs from the preliminary intention to publish periodic reports for the 1Q and 3Q 2016. Nevertheless, in order to improve the transparency and effectiveness of the information policy providing investors with access to information relevant to assess the situation and prospects of the Company, Peixin will disclose consolidated quarterly selected financial results adequately for the 1Q and 3Q 2016 without delay after recognition of mentioned above financial results. |
