| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 24/2022 z dnia 20 grudnia 2022 roku, Zarząd No Gravity Games S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent”) informuje, że według danych uzyskanych od operatora platformy Nintendo Switch, przychody Emitenta ze sprzedaży gier na platformie Nintendo Switch, w grudniu 2022 rok, wyniosły 180,979.99 euro (tj. ok. 852 tys. zł), przy czym jest to kwota już po odliczeniu prowizji należnej operatorowi platformy Nintendo Switch. Emitent wskazuje, że przychody te będą miały istotne znaczenie dla wyników Emitenta za 4 kwartał roku 2022 i cały rok 2022. W szczególności, przychody Emitenta tylko za 4 kwartał roku 2022 powinny mieć podobną wysokość co łączne przychody Emitenta za 3 poprzednie kwartały roku 2022. Emitent zwraca uwagę, że przychody Emitenta ze sprzedaży gier na platformie Nintendo Switch w grudniu 2021 rok były ponad dwukrotnie mniejsze. Emitent wskazuje, że tak znaczący wzrost przychodów jest wynikiem nie tylko sukcesu kampanii promocyjnej „12 Games of Christmas Giveaway!”, o której mowa w raporcie bieżącym ESPI nr 24/2022, ale przede wszystkim, jest wynikiem stałego rozwijania kompetencji Emitenta, jako wydawcy gier na platformie Nintendo Switch. Ten stały wzrost kompetencji powinien mieć przełożenie na wyniki Emitenta również w roku 2023 i latach kolejnych. |

| Preliminary information on the Issuer's revenues on the Nintendo Switch platform in December 2022With reference to the ESPI current report No. 24/2022 of December 20, 2022, the Management Board of No Gravity Games S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Issuer") informs that according todata obtained from the Nintendo Switch platform operator, the Issuer's revenues from the sale of games on the Nintendo Switch platform in December 2022 amounted to EUR 180,979.99 (i.e. approx. PLN 852,000), already after deducting the commission payable to the operator of the Nintendo Switch platform. The Issuer indicates that these revenues will be significant for the Issuer's results for the 4th quarter of 2022 and for the entire year 2022. In particular, the Issuer's revenues for only the 4th quarter of 2022 should be similar to the Issuer's total revenues for the three previous quarters of 2022. The Issuer points out that the Issuer's revenues from the sale of games on the Nintendo Switch platform in December 2021 were lower by over 50%. The Issuer indicates that such a significant increase in revenues is the result not only of the success of the promotional campaign "12 Games of Christmas Giveaway!", referred to in the current ESPI report No. 24/2022, but above all, it is the result of the continuous development of the Issuer's competences as a game publisher on the Nintendo Switch platform. This constant increase in competence should translate into the Issuer's results also in 2023 and subsequent years. |
