| Zarząd Magellan S.A. informuje, że w dniu 22 lutego 2018 roku Spółka powzięła informację o podpisaniu umowy kredytowej z Bankiem Zachodnim WBK S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu datowanej na dzień 22.02.2018 roku. Przedmiotem umowy jest udzielenie Spółce kredytu odnawialnego w wysokości 100.000 tys. PLN, udostępnionego do dnia 22 stycznia 2019 roku. Kredyt przeznaczony jest na finansowanie bieżącej działalności Spółki. Oprocentowanie kredytu oparte jest o stopę bazową WIBOR 1M powiększoną o marżę Banku. Szczegółowe warunki umowy nie odbiegają od standardów rynkowych stosowanych w podobnych umowach kredytowych. |

| Agreement with bank Magellan S.A. Management Board hereby informs that on 22 February 2018 the Company was given an information about signing of the credit agreement with Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. located in Wrocław dated 22 February 2018. The Bank granted the Company revolving credit in the amount of PLN 100,000 thousand, which is available till 22 January 2019. The credit is aimed at financing of the Company's current operations. The interest rate of the credit was calculated based on 1M WIBOR + the bank’s margin. Other conditions of the agreement do not differ from the market standards used in this type of contracts. |
