(„KDPW”) nr 580/2026 z dnia 3 czerwca 2026 r., na podstawie którego KDPW postanowił zarejestrować w depozycie papierów wartościowych do109.020.274 akcji zwykłych (common shares) bez wartości nominalnej Emitenta pod kodem CA55025J1030 („Akcje”), pod warunkiem dopuszczenia Akcji do obrotu na rynku regulowanym oraz zarejestrowania Akcji przez Clearstream Banking S.A. z siedzibą w Luksemburgu pod kodem CA55025J1030 na koncie ewidencyjnym prowadzonym przez Clearstream Banking S.A. dla KDPW. | ||||||||||||

Report 1/2026 Conditional registration of shares in the National Securities Depository 08-06-2026 The Board of Directors of Lumina Metals Corp. (the “Issuer”) hereby reports that it received statement No. 580/2026 of the National Depository for Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.; the "NDS") dated 3 June 2026, under which the NDS resolved to register in the securities depository up to 109,020,274 common shares in the Issuer without nominal value under the code CA55025J1030 (the “Shares”), on the condition that the Shares are admitted to trading on the regulated market and registered by Clearstream Banking S.A. with its registered office in Luxembourg under code CA55025J1030 in an register account kept by Clearstream Banking S.A. for the NDS. Commencement of registration of the Shares in the securities depository will take place within three days of when the NDS takes receipt of the documents confirming admission of the Shares to trading on the regulated market.
