The Management Board of Lumina Metals Corp. (the "Issuer") hereby announces that, as a result of an obvious clerical error, an incorrect number was assigned to the ESPI current report dated 16 July 2026.

The report entitled "Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026" bears the number 5/2026, and not 3/2026 as incorrectly stated.

The content of the above report remains unchanged; the correction relates solely to the report's numbering.

Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2026 16-07-2026

Lumina Metals Corp. (the “Issuer”), hereby announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2026:

1.           Quarterly reports:

a.      the consolidated quarterly report of the Issuer’s group for the second quarter of 2026 – August 13, 2026;

b.      the consolidated quarterly report of the Issuer’s group for the third quarter of 2026 – November 13, 2026.

2.           Half-year report: the consolidated half-year report of the Issuer’s group for the first half of 2026 – August 13, 2026.

At the same time, the Issuer announces that in accordance with § 61.3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on the current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the law of a state that is not a Member State, the Issuer, as an issuer with its registered office in a non-Member State (i.e. Canada), for which the Republic of Poland is the home state, will not publish standalone quarterly reports or half-year reports, due to the fact that it submits consolidated quarterly and half-year and does not prepare, under the laws applicable to it, quarterly and half-year financial statements.
