The Management Board of Leasing – Experts S.A. seated in Wrocław ("the Issuer") hereby informs that on March 23, 2015 signed five franchise agreements, the object of which is to open new branches within the franchise network of Leasing-Experts S.A. in the following towns: : Biała Podlaska, Busko-Zdrój, Jarocin, Jarosław, Leszno.
The conclusion of these agreements is important due to the implementation of the strategy of the Issuer related to network expansion franchise.
