| We would like to inform that planned issuance of corporate bonds by Ukraine based companies of KSG Agro SA is now formally completed. As a result of the issuance, Ukraine Based KSG Dnepr LLC raised USD 2,920,000 at annual interest rate of 7%. Management of the Group is pleased with the results of the issuance and plans to use the proceeds as stipulated by issuance prospectus. At the same time, the terms of financing with local financing partner – Taskombank, had also been improved significantly, with UAH facilities rate decreasing by 5,5% in November 2023 as compared to August 2023. As a result, effective interest rate for total portfolio was reduced from 20,4% in August 2023 to 13,5% in November 2023. Part of the operational profits of the Ukraine based companies of the Group were also deployed to reduce the loan component of the portfolio, which has higher interest rate. |
