| The Board of KSG AGRO is pleased to inform that KSG Dnipro and Strong-Invest, the Group's key operating subsidiaries in Ukraine, have both successfully registered issues of corporate bonds with Ukraine's National Securities and Stock Market Commission at the end of August. The bonds are interest-bearing, ordinary, unsecured corporate bonds. The bonds are being offered to a number of private investors, in two rounds: Series A bonds in September-October and Series B bonds in November-December of this year. The bonds are issued in USD and UAH. The total nominal value of bonds, in USD-equivalent, is around USD 6 million. The issue of bonds would provide the Group with additional financing for the purchase of new and replacement agricultural machinery for sowing grain crops, the reconstruction and repairs at the pig farm, and the purchase of additional productive swines. |
