Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 Krka, d. d., Novo mesto announces: With a reference to the public notice from 20 July 2026, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 28 August 2026 up to and including 3 September 2026. Krka acquired 5,868 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 1,549,782 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows: - on 28 August 2026: 836 shares at a VWAP of EUR 264.15, - on 31 August 2026: 1,287 shares at a VWAP of EUR 266.21, - on 1 September 2026: 1,276 shares at a VWAP of EUR 264.12 - on 2 September 2026: 1,181 shares at a VWAP of EUR 262.97 and - on 3 September 2026: 1,288 shares at a VWAP of EUR 263.01. Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP). Ilirika d.d., Intercapital d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions. Detailed report on acquisition of treasury shares attached. The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 2,538,663 representing 7.741% of all shares issued. The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 2,544,531 representing 7.759% of all shares issued. The notice will be published on the Company's website (www.krka.biz) from 4 September 2026 onwards, for a minimum period of 5 years. |
