| The Board of Directors of Kofola ČeskoSlovensko a.s. informs that the representatives of Radenska and PepsiCo concluded the agreement, based on which Radenska will newly exclusively produce and distribute the PepsiCo portfolio products on Croatian market since January 2016. Both companies cooperate in Slovenia for more than 20 years. This opportunity represents an extension of Radenska´s portfolio for Croatian market. The cooperation with PepsiCo on Slovenian market works for many years and as such the cooperation in Croatia is not surprising in any way, but an extension of the presence further to the region. Radenska is one of the major producers of mineral water in the Adriatic region, where Radenska is a synonym for mineral water in many places. In addition to natural mineral water Radenska and its flavoured variants, the portfolio of the company in Slovenia is accompanied by the traditional Slovenian lemonade Ora and also Pepsi. Radenska will newly produce for Croatian market the beverages Pepsi, Mirinda and 7UP and handle their distribution. In spring 2015, Radenska became a part of the Kofola Group. |
