| Edgar Rosenmayr resigns from the board of IMMOEAST Dr. Edgar Rosenmayr, who has been a board member of IMMOEAST AG since the end of January 2008 will not seek renewal of his mandate after the expiration of his contract at the end of the current financial year and thus will leave the board of the IMMOEAST AG on 30 April 2010. The board of the company that after the consent of the extraordinary general meeting on 21 January will merge with majority shareholder IMMOFINANZ AG will after Dr. Rosenmayr's withdrawal consist of four people namely the CEO Dr. Eduard Zehetner and the board members Mag. Daniel Riedl, Dr. Manfred Wiltschnigg and Mag. Michael Wurzinger. On the IMMOEAST board Dr. Rosenmayr is responsible for development projects and for the Russian market. In 2009, he led the negotiations for the rapid and consistent reduction of the extensive development pipeline and thus contributed significantly to the ability of the IMMOFINANZ group's successful management of its liquidity crisis. Dr. Rosenmayr will supervise the ongoing projects in his area of responsibility until the end of the year. The executive board and the supervisory board of IMMOEAST AG thank Dr. Rosenmayr for his outstanding contribution to the restructuring of the company which contributed significantly to the stabilisation of the entire group.
