Raport sporządzono na podstawie § 103 ust.1 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 19 lutego 2009 roku w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz. Quarterly reports: - extensive consolidated report for 1st quarter 2016 – May 11th 2016 - extensive consolidated report for 3rd quarter 2016 – November 09th 2016 Semiannual report: - extensive consolidated report for 1st half of the year 2016 – August 24th 2016 Annual reports: - separate annual report for 2015 – March 20th 2016 - consolidated annual report for 2015 – March 20th 2016 Extensive consolidated report for 4th quarter 2015 will not be published. Pursuant to the Regulation of the Polish Council of Ministers on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz.
