| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 1/2019 z dnia 30 stycznia 2019 r., Rada Dyrektorów spółki Globalworth Poland Real Estate N.V. (Spółka) niniejszym informuje, że w związku z: (i) trwającym obecnie procesem ujednolicenia raportowania w ramach grupy kapitałowej Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited (GREIL), podmiotu pośrednio dominującego Spółki, którego akcje znajdują się w obrocie na Alternative Investment Market prowadzonym przez Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Londynie, w kontekście planowanego wycofania akcji Spółki z obrotu na rynku regulowanym prowadzonym przez Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (GPW); oraz (ii) art. 56 ust. 6 ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych i z przepisami prawa holenderskiego, będącego macierzystym państwem członkowskim Spółki w rozumieniu Unijnej Dyrektywy o Przejrzystości, z których wynika brak prawnego obowiązku publikacji raportów kwartalnych (lub odpowiadających im informacji finansowych/informacji zarządczych) za I i III kwartał danego roku obrotowego, Spółka zamierza zaniechać publikacji raportów okresowych za I i III kwartał bieżącego roku jak i przyszłych lat obrotowych, i przekazywać do publicznej wiadomości raporty okresowe, których obowiązek publikacji wynika z przepisów prawa holenderskiego. W związku z powyższym, Rada Dyrektorów Spółki ponownie podaje do publicznej wiadomości daty przekazywania raportów okresowych w roku obrotowym 2019, z uwzględnieniem powyższej zmiany. skonsolidowany raport roczny za okres 12 miesięcy kończący się 31 grudnia 2018 r. 22 marca 2019 r. skonsolidowany raport za I półrocze 2019 r. 27 września 2019 r.* * o ile do tego dnia Spółka nie utraci statusu spółki publicznej/akcje Spółki nie zostaną wycofane z obrotu na rynku regulowanym prowadzonym przez GPW |

| Changes in the publication dates of periodic reports in the financial year 2019 Further to current report No. 1/2019 dated 30 January 2019, the Board of Directors of Globalworth Poland Real Estate N.V. (Company) hereby announces that in connection with: (i) the ongoing process of the standardisation of reporting in the capital group of Globalworth Real Estate Investments Limited (GREIL), the Company’s indirect parent company whose shares are traded on the Alternative Investment Market operated by the London Stock Exchange, in the context of the proposed delisting of the Company’s shares from the regulated market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE); and (ii) Article 56, Section 6 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, and the laws of the Netherlands, i.e. the Company’s home member state within the meaning of the EU Transparency Directive, from which it is clear that there are no legal requirements for the publication of quarterly reports (or corresponding financial/management information) for the first and third quarters of a financial year, the Company has decided not to publish the periodic reports for the first and third quarters of its current and future financial years and to publish the periodic reports which publication are required by the laws of the Netherlands.
