| Rada Dyrektorów Global City Holdings N.V., spółki zawiązanej w Holandii i działającej zgodnie z prawem holenderskim, z siedzibą w Amsterdamie, Holandia ("Spółka"), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego Spółki nr 3/2015 z dnia 30 stycznia 2015 roku, który zawierał informację o przewidywanych datach publikacji raportów okresowych oraz sprawozdań zarządu Spółki w 2015 r., oraz do raportu bieżącego Spółki nr 49/2015 z dnia 29 sierpnia 2015 roku, który zawierał informację o zmianie terminu publikacji raportu okresowego za I półrocze 2015 r., niniejszym informuje, że publikacja skonsolidowanego raportu za I półrocze 2015 r. planowana na dzień 30 września 2015 r. zostaje zmieniona i określona na dzień 4 września 2015 r. Pozostałe informacje przekazane w raporcie bieżącym Spółki nr 3/2015 z dnia 30 stycznia 2015 r. pozostają bez zmian. Podstawa prawna: Ar. 5:53 i nast. holenderskiej Ustawy z dnia 28 września 2006 roku o zasadach dotyczących rynków finansowych i ich nadzoru (Ustawa o nadzorze finansowym – Wft.) w związku z § 103 ust. 2 Rozporządzenia Ministra Finansów z dnia 27 czerwca 2013 r. w sprawie informacji bieżących i okresowych przekazywanych przez emitentów papierów wartościowych oraz warunków uznawania za równoważne informacji wymaganych przepisami prawa państwa niebędącego państwem członkowskim (Dz.U. z 2014 r. poz. 133, ze zm.). |

| Change of the date of publication of the interim report for the six months ending 30 June 2015. The Board of Directors of Global City Holdings N.V., a company organised in the Netherlands and existing under the laws of the Netherlands, with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (the “Company”), acting in connection with the Company’s current report No. 3/2015 dated 30 January 2015 which contained information about the projected dates of the publication of interim reports and the reports of the management board of the Company in 2015 and with the Company’s current report No. 49/2015 dated 29 August 2015 which contained information about the change of the date of publication of the interim report for the six months ending 30 June 2015, hereby announces that the publication of the consolidated report for the six months ended 30 June 2015 originally planned for 30 September 2015 has been changed to 4 September 2015. The other information disclosed in the Company’s current report No. 3/2015 dated 30 January 2015 remains unchanged. Legal basis: Article 5:53 et seq. of the Dutch Act of 28 September 2006 on the Principles Governing Financial Markets and their Supervision (Financial Supervision Act – Wft. in connection with § 103.2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 27 June 2013 on current and interim reports published by issuers of securities and the terms of finding as equivalent the information required under the laws of non-member states (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 133, as amended). |
