| Rada Dyrektorów spółki Global City Holdings N.V. z siedzibą w Amsterdamie, Holandia, ("Spółka") niniejszym aktualizuje raport bieżący nr 51/2015 z dnia 14 września 2015 i prezentuje angielską wersję nowej uchwały Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie SA w sprawie wykluczenia z obrotu giełdowego akcji spółki Global City Holdings N.V. Podstawa prawna: Art. 5:53 i nast. holenderskiej ustawy z dnia 28 września 2006 r. o rynkach finansowych i ich nadzorze (Wft) oraz art. 56 ust. 1 pkt 5 w związku z art. 56 ust. 6 polskiej ustawy z dnia 29 lipca 2005 r. o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych. |

| Actualization of the current report no 51/2015 dated 14 September 2015 – addition of the English language version of the new resolution of the management board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on the delisting of shares in Global City Holdings N.V. from trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The Board of Directors of Global City Holdings N.V. with its corporate seat in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, (the “Company”) is actualizing the current report no 51/2015 dated 14 September 2015 and presents the English language version of the new resolution of the management board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on the delisting of the shares in the Company from trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. English language version of the new resolution is in the appendix. Legal grounds: Article 5:53 and subsequent of the Dutch Act of 28 September 2006 on the rules regarding the financial markets and their supervision (Act on Financial Supervision - Wft.) in conjunction with Articles 56.1.1 and 56.6 of the Act on Public Offering, the Conditions governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on Public Companies of 29 July 2005. |
