Capital Mobilier Inc., The Valley, Anguilla, British West Indies has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1a of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Fenghua SoleTech AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany (ISIN: DE000A13SX89, WKN: A13SX89), at the time of admission of the shares of Fenghua SoleTech AG to trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for the first time on November 5, 2014 amounted to 67,13% (this corresponds to 6750000 Voting Rights). 2. Mr. Wei Jie Lin, China has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1a of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on Fenghua SoleTech AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany (ISIN: DE000A13SX89, WKN: A13SX89), at the time of admission of the shares of Fenghua SoleTech AG to trading on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for the first time on November 5, 2014 amounted to 67.13 % (this corresponds to 6750000 Voting Rights). 67.13 % of these Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6750000 Voting Rights) are attributed to him in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
