| Ad hoc release according to § 15 WpHG Fenghua SoleTech AG: Preliminary results for the financial year 2014 and postponed publication of the audited annual report 2014 Frankfurt am Main, June 11, 2015 – According to preliminary unaudited calculations for the financial year 2014, Fenghua SoleTech AG (“Fenghua") has reached revenues of approximately EUR 100 million (2013: EUR 90.1 million) and an EBIT of around EUR 27 million (2013: EUR 24.9 million). Fenghua’s Management Board had expected to generate revenues in a range of EUR 95 to 100 million and an EBIT margin between 28 per cent and 29 per cent for the full financial year 2014. The audit of the annual accounts for the financial year 2014 has been postponed. Thus, the publication of the audited annual report 2014 and Q1 2015 report has been postponed until August 2015. The Management Board of Fenghua will promptly convene the annual shareholders' meeting once the audited financial statements 2014 are published. The Management Board of Fenghua is fully committed to being in compliance with the reporting requirements and has implemented measures to ensure a timely publication of the audited financial statements in the future. |
