| Fenghua SoleTech AG: New CFO Fenghua SoleTech AG (“Fenghua") hereby announces that the Chief Financial Officer Yong Shiau Wuee has resigned from his offices due to personal reasons, especially to pursue new career opportunities. The Supervisory Board accepted his withdrawal, which came into effect as of January 1, 2016. Mr. Shiau Wuee has been with Fenghua since August 2012. The company’s Management Board respects his decision and hereby wants to thank Mr. Shiau Wuee for his outstanding work and unfailing commitment to the company. The Supervisory Board of Fenghua has appointed Mr. Francis Chan Hein Huey as his successor. He assumed on his new task as CFO on January 1, 2016. After having obtained his Bachelor Degree in Accounting at the Oxford Brooke University in 2010, he started his career at the Malaysian office of the international auditing company Crowe Horwath. After one year as Audit Senior at Audit Alliance, he rejoined Crowe Horwath International as Audit Senior in 2012. He was involved in special audits of IPO projects and led the IPO audit fieldwork for JQW Group, a company which operates business-to-business e-commerce sites for companies within China. In 2014 he became Senior Manager in Assurance and Advisory at the international audit firm One Assurance LLP. Since September 2015 he has worked as Chief Financial Officer at JQW Group where he oversaw the accounting and finance functions of the group and advised the management on investment decisions and development strategy. Furthermore, he represented the group as key contact person with global investors, foreign authorities and advisers. |
