| Fengua SoleTech AG (the "Company") hereby informs that in accordance with resolution No. 1246/2014 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.) (“WSE") dated 5 November 2014, the Management Board of the WSE admitted to trading on the parallel market 10.055.641 fully paid no par value ordinary bearer shares of the Company, each having a notional amount of the share capital of EUR 1.00. Additionally, in accordance with resolution No. 1250/2014 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.) (“WSE") dated 5 November 2014, Company’s shares, bearing code DE000A13SX89, will be introduced to trading on the parallel market of the WSE on 6 November 2014 (the day of first listing). The Company’s shares will be listed in continuous trading under the abbreviated name "FENGHUA", under the ticker name “FGT". Legal basis: Article 56.1(2) of the Act on Public Offering and the Conditions of Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organised Trading System and on Public Companies. § 34.1(2) and (3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent. |
