ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (“Company”), based on the information provided by EETEK Ltd. and

Csaba Soós (plaintiffs), hereby informs its esteemed Investors that the plaintiffs have filed a motion

for reconsideration of the decision previously made by the Hungarian National Bank regarding

prohibited market manipulation and insider trading - which was concluded in the meantime by

dismissing the plaintiffs’ claims.

The Metropolitan Court has scheduled a hearing to consider the admissibility of the reconsideration.

According to the information provided by the plaintiffs, the reason for the reconsideration is that the

MNB executives who participated in the adoption of the contested MNB decision have already

indicated something other than what was indicated in their decision as inside information in their

testimony in another lawsuit, and the information originally identified as inside information was not

even qualified as material in one of the testimony, which, according to the plaintiffs, excludes its

inside information nature.

Based on the contested decision, legal proceedings have been ongoing between the parties for

almost ten years, which, after numerous changes of judges, finally ended for the umpteenth time at

the Curia, also after a change of council. Proceedings are currently ongoing before the Constitutional

Court regarding the decision of the Curia on the subject of insider trading.
