ENEFI Vagyonkezelő Nyrt. (“Company”) informs its Dear Investors that the Board of Directors

has today decided, based on the authorization contained in its Articles of Association, to

convert 2,119,966 pieces of convertible dividend preference shares issued by ENEFI

Vagyonkezelő Nyrt., with a nominal value of HUF 10, registered, dematerialized, ISIN

HU0000173737, into 2,119,966 pieces of series A ordinary shares, with a nominal value of

HUF 10 each, registered, dematerialized, ISIN HU0000089198, in a ratio of one to one, in

such a way that as a result of the conversion, the convertible dividend preference shares will

cease to exist and will be replaced by ordinary shares. As a result of the transformation, the

share capital of the company will not change (132,699,660,- HUF), the share capital will

consist of 13,269,966 pieces of series A, dematerialized, registered ordinary shares with a

nominal value of 10,- HUF each, designated as HU0000089198 ISIN.

The Board of Directors amended Section VI. 1, Paragraph 1 of the Articles of Association to

the following:

1. The share capital consists of 13,269,966 pieces of registered, dematerialized, ordinary

shares (series A) with a nominal value of 10,- HUF. The total number of shares issued by the

company is thus: 13,269,966 pieces.

In addition to the above, Part IV of the Articles of Association was also brought into force in

view of the TEÁOR25.
