| Zarząd CIECH S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka” lub „Emitent”), informuje o dokonaniu korekty raportu bieżącego nr 62/2023 z dnia 25 października 2023 roku („Raport”). W wyniku oczywistej omyłki pisarskiej wskazano błędny tytuł raportu: Tytuł Raportu brzmi: „Zawarcie porozumienia dotyczącego analizy możliwości realizacji projektu budowy modułowych elektrowni jądrowych. Rozwiązanie listu intencyjnego z Synthos Green Energy S.A.”, podczas, gdy prawidłowy tytuł Raportu powinien brzmieć: „Zawarcie porozumienia dotyczącego analizy możliwości realizacji projektu budowy modułowych elektrowni jądrowych”. Podstawa prawna: Art. 17 ust. 1 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) nr 596/2014 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2014 r. w sprawie nadużyć na rynku (rozporządzenie w sprawie nadużyć na rynku) oraz uchylające dyrektywę 2003/6/WE Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady i dyrektywy Komisji 2003/124/WE, 2003/125/WE i 2004/72/WE (Dz. Urz. UE L Nr 173, str. 1). |

| The Management Board of CIECH S.A., with a registered office in Warsaw (the "Company" or the "Issuer"), announces a correction of current Report No. 62/2023 of October 25,2023 (“the Report”). As a result of an obvious typing error, the wrong title of the report was indicated: The Report reads: “Conclusion of an agreement on the analysis of the feasibility of implementing the project consisting in the construction of modular nuclear power plants. Termination of the letter of intent of Synthos Green Energy S.A.”, while the Report should read: “Conclusion of an agreement on the analysis of the feasibility of implementing the project consisting in the construction of modular nuclear power plants.”. Legal basis: Article 17.1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (the Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L No. 173, p. 1). |
