Zarząd spółki CI Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że Spółka zawarła w dniu
3 maja 2024 umowę z Microsoft Corporation z siedzibą w Waszyngtonie, Stany Zjednoczone
(„Microsoft”), której przedmiotem jest udostępnienie w 2024 r. gier „Lords of the Fallen” oraz
„Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2” z portfolio Spółki („Gry”) w programie Game Pass
prowadzonym przez Microsoft („Umowa”). Zgodnie z Umową, prawa do Gier pozostaną przy
Spółce.

	Current report number: 21 /2024 Date: 5 May 2024 Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR - inside information Subject: Agreement on the distribution of the games in Game Pass program The Management Board of CI Games SE with its registered o\ice in Warsaw (the "Company") announces that on the 3rd of May 2024 the Company has signed the agreement with Microsoft Corporation, with its registered o\ice in Washington, USA ("Microsoft"), to provide the games "Lords of the Fallen" and "Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2" from the Company's portfolio (the "Games”) in the Game Pass program conducted by Microsoft in year 2024. Under the agreement, the rights to the Games will remain with the Company. Disclaimer: This English language translation may contain certain discrepancies. In case of any di\erences between the Polish and the English versions, the Polish version shall prevail.
