Zarząd CI Games SE z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”) informuje, że termin premiery gry Lords of the Fallen II („LOTF II”) jest planowany na pierwszy kwartał 2027 roku. W miarę postępu prac nad projektem Spółka zidentyfikowała istotne możliwości dalszego udoskonalenia i wzmocnienia jakości LOTF II. Dodatkowy czas przeznaczony na rozwój LOTF II pozwoli na dalszą integrację, iterację oraz dopracowanie wybranych elementów, co umożliwi dostarczenie gry o możliwie najwyższej jakości w dniu planowanej premiery. Zaktualizowany okres premiery pozwoli również na strategiczne pozycjonowanie LOTF II poza okresem świątecznym o szczególnie wysokiej konkurencji rynkowej. Spółka będzie informować rynek o wszelkich istotnych zdarzeniach dotyczących prac nad LOTF II zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa. |

Current report number: 26/2026 Date: 23 June 2026 Legal basis: Article 17 (1) MAR – confidential information Subject: Update on the Development Schedule of Lords of the Fallen II The Management Board of Cl Games SE based in Warsaw (“Company”) hereby informs that the planned release window for Lords of the Fallen II (“LOTF II”) is now targeted for the first quarter of 2027. As development progresses, the Company has identified meaningful opportunities to further refine and strengthen the overall experience. These enhancements will benefit from additional integration, iteration, and polishing time, enabling the team to deliver the highest possible quality of LOTF II at launch. The updated release window is also expected to strategically position the LOTF II outside a particularly competitive holiday period. The Company will keep the market informed of any material developments concerning the project in accordance with applicable regulations.
