Zarząd CD PROJEKT S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Spółka”), informuje że w dniu 14 czerwca 2024 roku Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki podjęło uchwałę w przedmiocie wypłaty dywidendy w wysokości 99.910.510,00 zł, tj. w kwocie 1,00 zł na jedną akcję Spółki.

Dzień dywidendy został ustalony na dzień 21 czerwca 2024 roku a dywidenda zostanie wypłacona w dniu 27 czerwca 2024 roku. Do dywidendy uprawnionych jest 99.910.510 akcji Spółki.

	Current report no. 12/2024 Subject: Information on the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting concerning the dividend payment Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act – current and periodic information The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) announces that on 14 June 2024 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company passed a resolution concerning payment of the dividend in the amount of PLN 99,910,510.00, i.e. PLN 1.00 per each Company’s share participating in the dividend. The dividend record date has been set for 21 June 2024 and the dividend payment date for 27 June 2024. There are 99,910,510 Company shares which confer the right to the dividend.
