The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS SE with its seat in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Company, the Issuer) informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on December 16, 2024 appointed Mr. Pawel Szewczyk- Member of the Supervisory Board for an individual three-year term of office.
