Zarząd BTCS S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie („Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego nr 30/2026 z dnia 23 października 2026 r., informuje, że w dniu 29 października 2026 r. Krajowy Rejestr Sądowy dokonał rejestracji alternatywnej spółki inwestycyjnej działającej pod firmą INAVIA sp. z o.o. Digital Assets Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna spółka komandytowo-akcyjna („ASI”), pod numerem KRS 0001273005.

ASI została utworzona przez INAVIA sp. z o.o., będącą w 100% własnością Emitenta i pełniącą funkcję zarządzającego ASI.

Obecnie Emitent oczekuje na dokonanie wpisu dotyczącego nowej ASI w rejestrze prowadzonym przez Komisję Nadzoru Finansowego.

O kolejnych istotnych etapach rozwoju działalności ASI Emitent będzie informował zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami.

Zarząd Emitenta uznał powyższą informację za informację poufną w rozumieniu art. 17(1) MAR ze względu na jej znaczenie dla realizacji strategii rozwoju Spółki i wejścia w nowy segment działalności.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

Registration of an Alternative Investment Company in the National Court Register (KRS)

The Management Board of BTCS S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Issuer"), with reference to Current Report No. 30/2026 dated 23 October 2026, announces that on 29 October 2026, the National Court Register (KRS) registered an alternative investment company operating under the name INAVIA sp. z o.o. Digital Assets Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna spółka komandytowo-akcyjna (the "ASI"), under KRS number 0001273005.

The ASI was established by INAVIA sp. z o.o., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer, which acts as the manager of the ASI.

The Issuer is currently awaiting the registration of the new ASI in the register maintained by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).

The Issuer will disclose further material developments regarding the ASI's operations in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Issuer's Management Board has classified the above information as inside information within the meaning of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), given its significance for the implementation of the Company's growth strategy and its entry into a new business segment.
