| Raport Bieżący nr 18/2022 z dnia 9 grudnia 2022 r. Informacja o zawieszeniu i wycofaniu z obrotu na Głównym Rynku GPW części akcji spółki Atlas Estates Limited Rada Dyrektorów Atlas Estates Limited z siedzibą w St. Peter Port, Guernsey („Spółka”) niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 8 grudnia 2022 r. Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. podjął uchwałę nr 1143/2022 w sprawie zawieszenia i wycofania z obrotu na Głównym Rynku GPW akcji Spółki, na podstawie której postanowiono: a) zawiesić obrót akcjami Spółki oznaczonymi kodem GB00B0WDBP88 od dnia 9 grudnia 2022 r. oraz b) w związku z decyzją Komisji Nadzoru Finansowego w sprawie udzielenie Spółce zezwolenia na wycofanie z obrotu na rynku regulowanym 46.471.897 (czterdzieści sześć milinów czterysta siedemdziesiąt jeden tysięcy osiemset dziewięćdziesiąt siedem) akcji Spółki oznaczonych kodem GB00B0WDBP88, wycofać te akcje z obrotu na Głównym Rynku GPW z dniem 9 grudnia 2022 r. Spółka informuje, że pozostałe 3.831.247 (trzy miliony osiemset trzydzieści jeden tysięcy dwieście czterdzieści siedem) akcji zwykłych Spółki pozostaje w obrocie na Głównym Rynku GPW, przy czym Spółka podjęła czynności, aby pozostałe 3.831.247 akcji zostały również wycofane z obrotu na Głównym Rynku GPW w najszybszym możliwym terminie. | Current report no. 18/2022 dated 9 December 2022 Information concerning suspension and withdrawal from trading on the WSE Main List part of the shares of the company Atlas Estates Limited The Board of Directors of Atlas Estates Limited with its seat in St. Peter Port, Guernsey (the “Company”), informs that on 8 December 2022 the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted a resolution no. 1143/2022 concerning suspension and withdrawal from trading on the WSE Main List part of the shares of the Company, under which it was resolved to: a) suspend from trading shares of the Company coded as “GB00B0WDBP88” – as of 9 December 2022; and b) withdraw from trading on a regulated market of 46,471,897 (forty six million four hundred seventy one thousand eight hundred ninety seven) shares of the Company coded as “GB00B0WDBP88” on 9 December 2022 in connection with the decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on granting authorization to the Company for withdrawal from trading on a regulated market of these shares. The Company informs that the remaining 3,831,247 (three million eight hundred thirty one thousand two hundred forty seven) ordinary shares in the Company remain on the market on the WSE Main List wherein the Company took actions aimed at delisting of the remaining 3,831,247 shares as soon as possible.
