Buy out of the P9 series bonds
The Management Board of Aforti Holding S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter the "Company", "Issuer") informs that on March 8, 2021 it redeemed 525 units of P9 series bonds for cancellation.
Legal basis:
Article 3, Paragraph 1, Point 6) of the Exhibit 3 "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect market" to the Alternative Trading System Rules
