| On 7 April 2022 AB INTER RAO Lietuva informed that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of AB INTER RAO Lietuva is convened by initiative of the board and following the decision of the board adopted on 30 March 2022 (hereinafter referred to as the Meeting). Example of the Ballot was also presented together with the notice about the Meeting. Hereby AB INTER RAO Lietuva informs that it has supplemented the Ballot with the procedurals matters, provided in Article 27 Part 3 of the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania. The general voting ballot attached as annex to this notice is an example only and may not be used as a Ballot. Annexes: 1.
