| Management Committee of Automotive Components Europe S.A. herby informs that due to a simple editorial mistake one of the standard items of the AGM agenda was not included in the convening notice published on 18 May 2012 (Current Report 7/2012). The missing item refers to a discharge of the statutory auditor of the Company for the financial year 2011. The updated convening notice is attached. Management Committee also informs that the convening notice published in the Memorial in Luxembourg was complete and included all the items of the AGM agenda. Zarząd Automotive Components Europe S.A niniejszym informuje, że w wyniku prostego błędu edytorskiego jeden ze standardowych punktów porządku obrad Zwykłego Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy nie został opublikowany w ogłoszeniu w dniu 18 maja 2012 roku (Raport bieżący 7/2012). Brakujący punkt porządku obrad dotyczy udzielenia absolutorium biegłemu rewidentowi Spółki za rok obrotowy 2011. Zaktualizowane ogłoszenie jest załącznikiem do niniejszego raportu. Zarząd informuje również, że ogłoszenie opublikowane w Memorial w Luksemburgu zawierało wszystkie punkty porządku obrad ZWZA. |
