| The Management Committee of Automotive Components Europe S.A. (the “Company") hereby informs that on 21 December 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company adopted an amendment to the share buy-back program adopted by the Board of Directors of the Company in June 2013 (Current Report 40/2013). The amendment consists in adding to the list of the objectives of the program an authorization to sell shares purchased under the program to Grupo Industrial Saltillo S.A.B. de C.V., at a price per share of PLN16,20. Zarząd Automotive Components Europe S.A. ("Spółka") niniejszym informuje, że 21 grudnia 2015 Rada Dyrektorów przyjęła zmianę programu skupu akcji własnych przyjętego uchwałą Rady Dyrektorów w czerwcu 2013 (Raport Bieżący 40/2013). Zmiana polega na dodaniu do listy celów programu upoważnienia do zbycia akcji nabytych w jego wykonaniu na rzecz Grupo Industrial Saltillo S.A.B. de C.V., po cenie 16,20 PLN za jedną akcję. |
