| Management Board of Work Service S.A. hereinafter: ‘Company’, informs that today has read the information - pursuant to article 69 par. 1 point 2 in conjunction with article 87 par. 5 point 1 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies _Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1639, as amended, from MetLife Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Spółka Akcyjna with headquarters in Warsaw acting on behalf of MetLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (hereinafter referred to as “MetLife OFE”), - notification dated 29 November 2019, containing information on the sale of the Company’s shares on 21 November 2019, as a result of which the total share in the total number of votes in the Company fell below 5% of the total number of votes in the Company. The above mentioned change in ownership occurred as a result of selling 202 260 shares of the Company. MetLife Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne Spółka Akcyjna with headquarters in Warsaw, informed the Company that: • Before the sale of shares, MetLife OFE, held 3 284 889 shares in the Company, constituting 5.0082% of the share capital which represent 3 284 889 votes, constituting 5.0082 % of the total vote. • After the sale of shares, MetLife OFE, held 3 082 639 shares in the Company, constituting 4.6998% of the share capital which represent 3 082 639 votes, constituting 4.6998% of the total vote.
