| Zarząd Mondi Świecie S.A. informuje, że w dniu 07 kwietnia 2011 roku otrzymał z RBS Bank Polska SA z siedzibą w Warszawie podpisaną umowę o kredyt obrotowy w rachunku bieżącym z limitem kredytowym w wysokości 60.000.000 PLN, dostępny w terminie do dnia 1 lutego 2011 roku. Emitent uznał powyższą umowę za znaczącą, pomimo iż nie spełnia ona warunku istotności w porównaniu z wartością kapitałów własnych Emitenta. Główną przesłanką takiej klasyfikacji był fakt, że raportowana umowa o kredyt odwołuje się w wielu miejscach do "Umowy trzyletniej gwarancji do dziewięcioletniego kredytu z Europejskiego Banku Inwestycyjnego", która to umowa została uznana za znaczącą w raporcie bieżącym RB nr 4/2011 z dnia 11 lutego 2011 roku. Ewentualne naruszenie głównych warunków umowy gwarancyjnej spowoduje analogiczne naruszenie warunków umowy o kredyt obrotowy w rachunku bieżącym. |

| MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION) | |||
| The Management Board of Mondi Świecie S.A. informs that on 07 April 2011 they have received from RBS Bank Polska SA with the registered office in Warsaw the signed Revolving Credit Facility Agreement in the Company’s current bank account with the credit facility of up to PLN 60,000,000, available up to 1 February 2011. The Company has recognised the above-mentioned Agreement as significant, despite the fact that it does not fulfil the significance condition, when compared to the value of the Company’s equity. The main reason for such the classification was that in the reported Credit Facility Agreement there are many references to the Three-Year EIB Guarantee Facility Agreement that covers existing nine-year credit from the European Investment Bank, which was classified as the significant one in current report RB no. 4/2011 as of 11 February 2011. Any possible breach of the main terms and conditions of the Guarantee Facility Agreement will result analogically in the violation of the terms and conditions of the Revolving Credit Facility Agreement. |
