Zarząd QuarticOn S.A. (“Spółka”) informuje, że w dniu 23 czerwca 2023 r. do Spółki wpłynęło datowane na ten sam oświadczenie akcjonariusza Spółki Pana Pawła Wyborskiego o powołaniu na podstawie § 12 ust. 1 lit. b) Statutu Spółki Pana Marcina Skotnickiego-Leszczyłowskiego do Rady Nadzorczej Spółki.

The Management Board of QuarticOn S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that on 23 June 2023 the Company received the statement, dated the same date of the shareholder of the Company Mr Paweł Wyborski concerning appointment pursuant to § 12 sub-paragraph 1 point b) of t.he Company's Statute Mr Marcin Skotnicki-Leszczyłowski into the composition of the Company's Supervisory Board.
The Company provides information on the new Member of the Supervisory Board in the attachment.
